Physical items available through our site are subject to availability. Title and risk pass to you upon shipment.

6. Refund Policy
The following outlines refund conditions depending on the type of offering you purchase from Eryndra.
6.1 Services
Service fees are refundable within 14 days of commencement if no deliverables have been provided. To request a refund, submit your request via our support page. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 30 days of approval. You may request to reschedule a service session if you provide notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Certain premium consultations are non-refundable due to the extent of preparatory research and customization; such sessions will be clearly indicated as non-refundable before booking.
6.2 Digital Products
Digital content, including infoproducts and online courses, may be refunded within 7 days of initial download or access activation. To proceed with a refund, visit our support page. Access to content will be revoked upon refund approval. Refunds are issued within 14 days of request.
6.3 Physical Merchandise
Merchandise purchased on our site may be returned for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided items are returned in original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Initiate a return via our support page. Refunds will be processed within 21 days of receipt of returned goods.
